Practice that helps the learning stay
After each lesson, your staff answer short quiz questions to check what they understood. In some courses they also practise real conversations, such as calming an angry customer, by speaking their answers out loud. An AI coach then gives them feedback. These tools are not in every course yet, so ask us which courses include them.
